Hugga Buns Warrantee

At Hugga Buns we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Starting January 1, 2010, we offer a one-year limited warrantee for any snap or elastic or wicking failures. We may ask you to send the defective item to us to evaluate for wear and tear, misuse of product, washing errors, etc. We will determine if the product has been used according to our wash/care recommendations. We are not responsible for items used in an exceptionally small diapering system. We recommend you have 24-36 diapers per child to get optimal use out of your diapers. If you have 3 diapers and are washing them on a daily basis, we are not responsible for over-use of our products.

Return Policy
You can return any item (as long as it is in the same condition you purchased it) within 30 days of purchase date, minus actual shipping costs. Returns subject to a 6% restocking fee. If item is found to be defective please contact us as soon as possible. Please include invoice and reason for return. Please insure your return as Hugga Buns is not responsible for lost packages shipped to us. You will receive a full refund or in-store credit. No returns on clearance merchandise. Please try one diaper before you wash your entire order to make sure you like it as washed/used diapers are not returnable.

Please note: If an item was shipped with free shipping, you will still be charged the actual shipping cost in the case of a return.

Taxes
Only orders shipped within the State of Maine will be charged a 5% state sales tax.

Shipping
Flat Rate Shipping on orders to U.S. & Canada over $100. No handling fees are charged.

Parcel Post – $5 flat rate on orders over $100
US Priority – $10 flat rate on orders over $100
Canada – $10 flat rate on orders over $100

For all orders under $100, shipping is calculated by the total value of your order.
